Città della Pieve is a place that retains all its medieval charm, with its districts (Casalino, Borgo Dentro, Castello), the taverns, the Palio, the flower display, the costume performances. Immersed in the greenery of the Val di Chiana, it was the birthplace of the famous painter Pietro Vannucci, known as il Perugino, of whom it preserves many works.
