« Great value. That’s gonna be THE reason for the rating. Value is excellent. But there are some things to know. First off, the area is solid but not without a little bit of sketchiness. Folks can be a little loud even later at night and a little awareness is needed. The bathroom is a bit cramped, particularly if you’re a bigger guy like myself, and the water pressure and heat can go on you quickly. The bed is FIRM. If that’s your preference, then awesome. Otherwise, it’s an adjustment....
