The ground floor flat has an equipped and fenced garden with a wonderful heated swimming pool and solarium, all with a spectacular sea view. The flat on the first floor has a large furnished terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful days facing the sea with a breathtaking view . Private parking is available for guests inside the building shared between the two flats. Convenient to all the services of the village which can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Cipressa is a small village on the first hill a few minutes drive from the sea, ideal for those who like a quiet holiday away from the chaos but close to everything. You will find two restaurants and pizzerias, a bar, minimarket, newsagent and tobacconist, pharmacy and hairdresser. The nearest beaches are only 3 km away. An excellent starting point for mountain bike tours and nature walks with a sea view. On the coast, the wonderful cycle path connecting Imperia to Sanremo awaits you.
