The property, spread over three floors, includes an entrance on the ground floor, a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a hallway, kitchen and bathroom on the first floor, and two bedrooms (one with a balcony) on the second floor, for a total of seven beds. You have access to high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning, fans, books, children's toys and board games. The accommodation features a large terrace, partly covered, with tables, chairs, barbecue, sun loungers, umbrellas and a washing machine. CasaBasera is 2.5 km from the sea and is surrounded by convenient services, including grocery stores, tobacconist, hairdresser, restaurants, bars, post office, water dispenser and charging stations.
