In a small and elegant building in the pedestrian historic center of Cipressa, the bright three-room apartment Sole is located on the first floor and offers 55 sqm of space. It consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (four gas burners, oven, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, moka pot, kettle), extendable dining table for six people, comfortable sofa bed and smart satellite TV; spacious double bedroom, small bedroom, bathroom with shower, hairdryer and straightener, washing machine. Free Wi-Fi. Set-up for children and games available. Pets allowed. Weekly supply of bed linen, towels and kitchen linen included. Convenient walking distance to all main services, including the shuttle bus to the beach. Ideal for a relaxing holiday away from the city chaos.  
  
The property is located close to the beach, public transport links are within walking distance and there is a tennis court within a 15-minute walk.  
  
Free parking is available on the street.
