Okay hotel
Staff great, very friendly. Breakfast was wonderful. The bar/restaurant was good. The room was comfy but a little worn and not like in the photos. The location is good and there is parking right outside.

Lovely stopover
We had a great stopover at Ibis Styles. We stayed her en route and really enjoyed our stay. On arrival we were greeted by a very friendly gentleman who made the check-in process a pleasure and we were lucky to even be upgraded to a family room with a bunkbed. There is free on street parking around the hotel. Just before arriving here, our car developed a fault and at check-in we were given advice on local mechanics and we took our car there the next morning and had it fixed. The rooms and hotel is decorated in a shoe theme, in line with the local shoe manufacturing industry. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay here again.

Location was useful for our trip. Very clean rooms and free refrigerated water available on each floor. Unfortunately we did not know that the restaurant was not open on the Sunday evening and only snacks/ sandwiches available which was not ideal having been travelling all day on a motorbike

New/clean hotel. Ideal 'stopover' though food POOR
Hotel was fine, new and clean, wifi and air con etc with very helpful staff though the evening meal was dreadful. We complained (which is unlike us) and the staff refunded us. We only used this as a one night stopover as we were heading for Bilbao. ARNEDO is quite unlike anywhere else we have visited it appears to have stood still in time! but I'm sure would be extremely interesting to geology-lovers? Hotel served its purpose for us and was reasonably priced.

Das Badezimmer war schlecht geputzt worden. Es hat nach Rauch gestunken, sodass wir einen Raumduft selber kaufen mussten. Der Boden im Schlafzimmer war nicht gut staubsaugt worden. Die Zimmerkarten haben 2 mal nicht funktioniert und man musste dafür runterfahren. Die Mitarbeiter in der Reception waren sehr nett.

El hotel es bonito y cada habitación es diferente. La habitación es cómoda, aunque podría estar más cuidado (puertas rozadas y ducha con apariencia vieja). La recepción muy agradable. Zona fácil de aparcar.

El restaurante está muy bien para cenar que es lo que yo hice. El desayuno normalito que para el precio que tiene pues es normal que no sea abundante. La cena bien y muy rico todo. Las dos habítaciones en las que yo estuve en diferentes días el cuarto de baño bastante dejado. El aire acondicionado en la segunda habitación no funcionaba. Sin presión de agua en el lavabo, la alcachofa de la ducha suelta de la pared, mucho olor a tabaco en el baño, el bidé sin adaptador para el chorro de agua, o sea que no se podía usar. No entiendo como puede haber tan poca presión de agua en un hotel de tres estrellas. Por lo menos se pueden cambiar los filtros de los grifos para aumentarla un poco.

Buen hotel, el restaurante del hotel da buena comida. Habitaciones cómodas y espaciosas, no mucho ruido solo unos momentos cuando sacaban las basuras ya que daba la habitación a un patio donde estaban los cubos de la cocina.. Pero fue solo un momento

Un trato excelente y familiar durante toda la estancia, hemos viajado con niños y nos ofrecieron espacios para estar con ellos. Para los peques una gran experiencia, llegar a un hotel y que se hagan cómplices de tu mundo de ilusión, una habitación especial y sobre todo te escuchen y te traten con cariño no tiene precio . En general todo bien, nos dejaron un sitio para dejar las bicis, el desayuno correcto. El personal muy amable. Cenamos también en el restaurante del hotel y bastante bien. Lo único, en las habitaciones 110 y 111 durante la noche había un ruido (un zumbido) durante toda la noche (no se de donde venía pero parecía de algún equipo eléctrico).
