Pros: Location.
Cons: .
Location: Good location for access to Linder tennis center.
Room furnishings are cheap and worn. No comfortable seating in room. Hall and elevator carpets need sweeping Internet outage for full day

It's great that they are working on updating some of the floors. We had a nice quiet room.

Uncomfortable beds

Posted 6-Jun-2015
Since most people spend little time in a motel except to shower and sleep, comfortable beds and linens are key. I was really unhappy with the mattress. And the bottom sheets did not stay on the bed, so I woke up sleeping on a bare mattress every day.

Most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in.

Posted 3-Jun-2015
Except for the bed, everything about our stay was fine. The room was a nice size and clean, the breakfast was pretty good, the staff we encountered were pleasant. The mattress was the firmest most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. The fitted sheet would not stay on for more than an hour. This was so aggravating. Neither my wife or I were able to sleep more than a few hours. Just horrible. Room 216 Wingate. Get a new mattress.

2 bedrooms? Nope!

Posted 26-May-2015 on Hotels
Just wanted to let others know that we asked for a 2 bedroom suite for 4 adults and 2 children. We got a bedroom with a king size bed and a living room with a pull out sleeper sofa and 1 bathroom. They consider the 2nd room with the sleeper sofa a bedroom. It is not. The rooms actually sleep 3 to 4. Luckily the kids were little but it was still an inconvenience for us all. Pull out sleeper was old and in rough shape. We put the mattress on the floor to help it. Rooms need updating! There were no roll-out beds available either.

Great Property! Great Staff! Great Location!

Great place to stay! I rated the condition of the property slightly lower only because they are in the process of renovating the entire property. The very nice person at the front desk actually took the time to show me one of the renovated rooms. Very Nice!! The new look is classy and elegant. It will be nice to see the end results when everything is finished! I would stay there again without hesitation.

Clean and comfortable but dated.

Posted 25-Mar-2015 on Hotels
Room was clean and comfortable. WiFi was fast and reliable. Service was good. Shower did leak onto the floor but wasn't a problem. Hotel could use some updating though--looks dated and worn. Breakfast was supposed to be at 6:30 but when I came down at 6:40 it wasn't being served yet.

A bit run down

Posted 16-Mar-2015 on Hotels
The hotel wasn't in very good repair ~ banged up walls, chipped paint or painting in progress, clogged bathtub drain, ice maker empty, fitness room under construction. The daily rate didn't match the condition of the building. The staff was helpful and courteous, however.
