Wedding guest spledor

The lodging was absolutely perfect. Very clean, neat and all around great quality. The service however was disappointing however. We stood in an empty lobby with no front desk personnel for at least 10 minuets while they were sitting in their break room, gave us our room key and said "Have a nice day" then went back into the break room. We had no idea where to go to get to our room, where the elevators were and she had failed to mention where the pool was, when it closed, and the fact that they did serve breakfast but stopped at a specific time, which we had no knowledge of.

IT was close to my sister's condo.

Location: Wonderful location with the Liberty Center near by
This hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was terrible though. That was not gravy on our biscuits and gravy. The breakfast sandwich was not cooked and we questioned whether it was sausage or not but other than that we had a great stay. Would love to have had a hot tub. Overall rating is Pleasant due to the chef.

Everything was good except there was candy under the bed so it needed swept and the room had a weird odor. Otherwise was good.

Nice, clean, comfortable hotel just off of I75. Great stopping point for a long drive home from Florida.

Rooms are very comfortable and clean.

Pros: The cleanliness and spaciousness.
Cons: Housekeeping.
Location: There are a lot of things to do in the area. Most would be fun above zero degrees.
The room had a rack for an ironing board, but no board. When requested, they took one from another room. The shower has a convenience bar; shampoo, etc. It was empty. I left in the afternoon, requesting it to be replenished. Six (6) hours later - not done. Very disappointing.

Visiting family nearby, expected more

This is the second stay at this establishment for us. The first stay was after they first opened and we were very pleased. This time , no so much. Room appeared clean upon entering but then noticed crumbs on the table. Tried to not get picky, but I then noticed the amount of dust around the edges of carpet by the walls. The shower curtain needed a good bleach job, especially around the bottom. Shower grout showing some breakthrough mold. The door key card did not work for us. Had to make special trips to the desk for new cards, but they did not work either. We had to have staff let us into our room all three times we returned. Just a pain in the butt! I will look elsewhere next time.
