While recently renovated, this property is over 100 years old and will have the character of an old home. Main Level: \- Front Porch- Two chairs and a bench \- Living room- L shaped couch, two single chairs, coffee table, two side tables, 55" Smart TV \- Dining room- Rectangular table- fits 6\. \- Kitchen- Fully equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. We offer free coffee with your stay. Contains pots, pans, cutlery and other necessary items like oil, sugar, salt and pepper. It is stocked with everything you'll need to whip up a meal. Hop in the car and get to most other Cincinnati attractions in less than 15 minutes. Oakley is a neighborhood that has a lot to offer. With it's own square with Cincinnati staples like Aglamesis's ice cream and Skyline Chili, there is a lot to explore. Super safe and cute neighborhood of new and old homes that have a lot of character. Close to other great neighborhoods like Hyde Park and Columbia Tusculum. There is plenty of free parking on Minot Avenue and surrounding streets. This area is also very walkable so you can leave your car and walk to great restaurants and bars.
