Owner/Manager \- 24/7 on call service! Please note, we do have a few house rules for you to follow: We do NOT allow smoking of any kind on the property. This includes, but is not limited to, cigarettes, weed, or any type of illegal substance. If determined that smoking has occurred on the property during your stay, you as the listed guest will be subject to a $250 fine upon check out. Per the City of Cincinnati and its ordinances, the number of people on the reservation must NOT be exceeded at any time unless otherwise approved by the host. If determined that an additional guest visited the property during your stay, you will be subject to a $500 fine upon check out. Cameras that are on the exterior of the property are recording 24/7 and can be used to support host if needed. We have a zero tolerance policy. Please note that at anytime we find out that the connection point on the interior of the property has been adjusted, it would be subject to fine or removal from the property. \*\*Please do not unplug/disconnect any internet routers or boxes without first contacting us! The only comment that I have is that the floors were very dirty. We were in the house for 10 minutes and all of our feet or socks were black. The home is amazing and furnished very well. We had to worry about being towed . My elderly husband had to crawl under the pourch to access the key box. The key box numbers were painted over. Eventually, someone brought us a key. The property is beautiful and cozy, but needs a deep clean. Cobwebs and dust. The cleaners forgot to clean the rooftop lounge. It was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need !
