You'll be a few steps away from iconic OTR establishments like Coffee Emporium, Pins Mechanical Co., Goodfella's pizza, Gomez tacos, Insomnia cookies and the Rhinehaus bar. When you're not out exploring all that OTR has to offer, check out the rooftop balcony with fire pit, 412 game cocktail arcade table, shuffle board, city views, and more. The space On the main level you'll find the primary bedroom equipped with a king bed, spacious walk in closet, and attached full bathroom. There is also a full kitchen with a gas stove, island with barstools, a large dining table, computer desk, and living area with a 65" Roku TV. Upstairs you'll find a full detached bathroom, the second bedroom with a single queen bed with dresser and closet, and the third bedroom at the end of the hall with two queen size beds, a dresser, and closet. The laundry room and game room are also located upstairs equipped with a shuffleboard, 412-game cocktail arcade table, sectional sofa, oversized bean bag, and 55" Roku TV. On the rooftop you can enjoy the fire pit, seating and dining areas, and amazing views of the city. There were 5 kids(7-12yrs) and 4 adults. We only stayed one night, but everyone wished we could have stayed longer. The property was VERY spacious and clean. The kids loved the shuffleboard and video/arcade games. We would have liked to utilize the rooftop patio(ran out of time). The 15-20 minute walk to Great American Ballpark was easy and straight away. It wasn’t an issue for us, but there are 4 flights of stairs to get to this unit/property/penthouse, so be aware of what you want to take inside and the abilities of your group. Our entire crew from back in the day met up and had a great time. Actually the first night we didnt even go out. Instead, we got carryout from Gomez Salsa and drinks from Kroger and enjoyed the rooftop and game room. Couldnt have asked for a better stay. Thank you again for your hospitality! ##### Art T. Right in the middle of everything! We parked our car and walked everywhere! Both the inside and outside space was amazing! First place I’ve stayed at where the property looks bigger in person when compared to the photos. Slept 12 comfortably if people are okay with sharing beds and sleeping on the couch. The place is amazing; it has everything you'd need, the beds were great and the roof top patio is the best part! The check in process was easy, the host was easy to get in contact with and parking is right across the street. Its close to great restaurants, bars, kroger, and the reds stadium wasnt a bad walk either. It is on the 4th floor so be ready for some stairs.
