Bedroom #1 includes a twin-over-full bunk bed and a desk.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.



Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.



The home also includes a half bathroom and an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• Street parking for 1 vehicle available.

• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras; (1) located at the front door and actively monitoring the walkway into the home with a partial view of the street, (2) located at the back door and actively monitoring the walkway to the back door with a partial view of the fenced patio area.
