It was converted into 3 adjoining condos each completely separated with their own front door. Situated in the historic neighborhood of Walnut Hills, conveniently located: \- 5 Minutes to Downtown (Paul Brown stadium, Great American Ballpark, OTR, etc.) \- 8 Minutes to Cincinnati Children's hospital \- 40 Minutes to Ark Encounter Guests have access to the exterior via smartlock keypads We designed this house for large groups that want to travel together but still may want their own space too. This place would be perfect for: \- Wedding/bachelorette parties \- Large extended family vacations \- Church/school trips. Great for my husband and I Second floor - apt 3 - 2 bedroom and 2 bath upstairs with the largest living room, kitchen and dining table in this unit. We visited many areas in Cincinnati and also Dayton and it seemed like an easy place to get to anywhere. This home was the prefect lodging for the group. The home was beautiful and clean. We loved the artwork throughout the property and realized the host had painted the majority of them! We needed blankets for a couple of our older family members and host reacted immediately, ordered blankets on Amazon and had them delivered to the property. The property is ideally set up to accommodate a wedding party. There are 3 units. The bridal party stayed in the two upstairs units and my wife and I had the downstairs unit. We couldn’t have had a better experience. The units are clean and accurately depicted in the listing. The check in process was seamless and communication with the owners was good. Our family rented out the owners other properties (Cincy Historic Gem next door and Renovated Victorian all owned by Preston Oglesbee). Much less expensive than hotel rooms and everyone was able to spend more time together. I highly recommend for large families. ##### Brandon H. We needed a multi-bedroom and bath property and this one was perfect. There are 3 individual units with plenty of beds and bathrooms. It gave us a great area to all converge in and eat and socialize but also gave us our individual space. Host was so responsive and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The 3 separate but connecting condos are great because it allows for gathering and also space if needed! The finishings/decor of the house is exactly as pictured.
