The location was great and the space was perfect for what we needed. We did find dirty towels on the floor of one of the closets that must have been missed during cleaning. We were very hot at night with the only air conditioning in the kitchen, but once he delivered a fan it was much better. I also needed a plunger once and had to go to a different unit to get one. Unfortunately I did not get to stay at this property - My reservation was confirmed for a Friday-Sunday weekend in May. When I arrived on Friday I tried contacting Darrick 4 times via the number provided along with text messages with no response. I was forced to book a $300 hotel nearby (double the price of rental) The next morning Darrick called me saying he had never seen any of my calls (even though this was the same number I had called). He noted he would issue me a full refund, but after reaching out to him directly 3 times and reaching out to VRBO (where he told them he would issue a refund) I still am without any refund AND had to pay double the price of the booking for a last minute hotel. He has not responded to multiple text messages. I would NOT stay here. I would NOT book with Darrick unless you want to have the same experience as I did.
