From 5p-9p, residents w/ parking permits are able to park on Wade St without paying. After 9p and up to 8a from Mon - Fri, you may park on Wade St and do not need to pay. IF THIS WAS CONFUSING TO YOU, JUST AVOID PARKING ON WADE ST! Download the Cincy EZ Park app to pay online (also makes it easy to reload and pay to add more time). The host was communicative and helpful when we had questions, and the house guidelines were very clear. This apartment is in a great neighborhood with tons of places to eat and drink. It was very close to OTR, which was great because we were close to everything and was able to just walk. The one thing I didn’t know is the shower doesn’t have a full door. So the glass part only covers half of it. The one thing that was a little difficult was the parking. You can park on the street but a couple of the times we would drive back all of the parking spots were taken and we had to pay to park. You can park and pay 10 dollars for 10 hours, so it’s pretty reasonable if you do have to pay. Other than that we had so much fun and it’s a safe place to stay.
