This is our third stay at this hotel while visiting the aquarium and zoo. The kids love the pool and watching the elevators. It is nice that there is dining in the lobby. The staff are all very friendly!

I have stayed at the property previously and had a good experience however this time was very disappointing. Buffet for an event was set up right by the elevators and it was very awkward cutting through those guests to go up to our room. People were camping in the lobby, music was loud, homeless people in the doorways from the garage into the hotel. Cheerleading girls running up and down the halls and up and down the elevators and our room was right across from the elevators so had to hear the banging of that all night long. No sugar free options for coffee beverages for people with diabetes. I was there to celebrate my anniversary with my husband and I would not do it again.

We Love the beautifully lit up Riverbank night time view of Cincinnati and the historic Roebling Bridge from our window all night. The bed, as usual for Marriott, was very comfortable. Being just a half mile over the bridge to all the downtown has to offer, including the proximity to the Cincinnati Contemporary Art Museum and other amenities, we had good fun on our overnight stay. We had a quick Starbucks Coffee and Danish for breakfast before driving home.

There were eyelashes stuck to the bathroom wall and the windows were covered in handprints. We cleaned the window but left the eyelashes. The room was amazing as well as the hotel. The employees were wonderful, especially Ashley at the M&O. Parking was brutal, i didnt like having to park across the street from the hotel. But i survived.

Beautiful hotel and we enjoyed our stay! We were a little disappointed that we booked a King room over a month in advance but when we walked into our room it was two Queen beds. We made it work and the room was nice but would have been better to get what we reserved.

Very nice hotel overall. The room was nice and clean. Was disappointed that the wallpaper was peeling off in the bathroom and the toilet paper holder was falling off of the wall. The shower head also did not work properly. The wall above the desk was fairly marked up at dirty. Called room service and they said they close soon but we can come pick it up. For $300 for one night I expected more.

Nice property. Great location. If i had an improvement it would be their staff in the morning. Even then, i suppose they may be following managements directives. We wanted to grab a simple cup of coffee. Most marriotts have complimentary coffee in the morning, or at least a quick place to grab one even if you pay. Here we had to order from the bar. It was slow, oddly expensive and i never did get the cream. A third guy sat with us and found a paper coffee cup, and poured one off the carafe we had already paid for..... so they brought him a bill too. Im not cheap.....but they certainly are. Left a bad taste nickle amd dimeing us.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress sank toward the headboard when one laid on the bed. The fixtures in the bathroom were not properly attached to the walls. The toilet seat was too big for the bowl and it made it uncomfortable to use the toilet. The water pressure was very low and the bathroom did not have a working exhaust.
