For one, it is not made clear in the listing that there is an exterior door in the bedroom that leads directly to the parking lot (1st floor unit). Everything was fine, the door locks, but it made me uncomfortable the first two nights. The “patio” area is also the entrance to the parking lot. The bed was comfortable but there was no duvet cover, just a bottom and top sheet laid over it, so there’s no way to really wash the blanket between guests. The only place to hang towels are three nails in the bathroom, and at one point when I took my towel off the nail flew off with it. That being said, overall it was a good place. There were many thoughtful touches and everything was in working order. We really appreciated the snacks and the toilette items they left. I would probably stay here again, I would just have wanted to have a better idea of what I was walking in to. ##### Aidan M. We appreciate its convenience to the tram, stadium, and restaurants in OTR. We LOVE the on-site gated parking and the convenience of having a first floor unit. Future guests should be aware that the unit is directly off the main entrance for the building, so there is a lot of door noise, but the host provides earplugs for guests. I would also caution future guests to take good photos when arriving and upon departure to avoid any issues with conflicting information from their cleaning service. ##### Emily D. Communication was great, condo was very clean, we had midnight snacks and toiletries if needed. Only downside is one onsite parking spot but understandable in the OTR location. The host was very responsive and communicated well. We even got some great recommendations for restaurants/bars/things in the area. The unit is immaculately clean. They offer lots of little touches as far as coffee, snacks, bathroom small items. The unit is very nice and well decorated. The dedicated parking spot is wonderful. I was trying to book a 2 bedroom condo and accidentally booked this one. Funny thing is I had looked at it online and thought 'wow, this place looks really nice for when my husband and I go somewhere alone'. After thinking I booked a 2-bedroom elsewhere, I realize I'd made a mistake and this was the one I booked. I was a little worried about how our stay would be with 4 of us. It was AWESOME! The place is exactly as you seen online. There was excellent and constant communication from the start. The condo was very clean and in a great area. The 4 of us were able to sleep comfortably between the bedroom and living area (air mattress). The hosts even acknowledged our birthday with a balloon and a bottle of wine. They are truly awesome! I highly recommend this condo - any condo they have as their customer service skills are unmatched! ##### Chandra D. The location was amazing, private, convenient, comfortable, clean, and I can go on and on. If I ever visit Cincinnati again I will be staying here.
