Right off of Ziegler Park, the condo is in Pendleton, one of the most walkable, safe and clean neighborhoods in downtown Cincinnati. You'll find dozens of restaurants, bars and breweries, cafes, and ice cream parlors within a 5-10 minute walk. And since we have a pass for you to park in Ziegler Garage it's convenient too! The apartment itself is three stories. The living room, dining room, and kitchen is on the first floor, while the bedrooms are on floors two and three. We have a fully-stocked kitchen and a spacious living room. Three of the bedrooms have queen beds, and there is a sofa bed and a queen air bed. Additionally, the condo boasts a private roof deck for your group's enjoyment alone. Please note that the pool advertised is a wonderful community pool, Ziegler Pool. It is a 5-minute walk and is open late May through early September. You'll find yourself a mile from Great American Ballpark and Paul Brown Stadium, a 15-minute walk to FC Cincinnati, and more. Walking, RedBike, eScooters (Lime), the streetcar (FREE), Ubering and driving -- all a cinch! If we have any reason to believe that you intend to throw a party then you will be denied entry. \----------Section 4 - Additional Fees and how to Avoid Them ------------ The following may incur a fee: 1) Cleanup of human biomaterial (e.g. vomit, defecation) will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. 2) Pet hair: $300 cleaning fee for cleanup of excessive pet hair, at our discretion. If you have a pet that sheds, bring lint rollers and remove your pet's hair from the property. 3) Stains on the carpets or linens: $89 cleaning fee per item or cost to replace, whichever is higher. 4) Smoking ANYTHING indoors: $300 cleaning fee. No exceptions. Just don't do it. 5) There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Unfortunately if you do not return the key then we have no choice but to have a locksmith change the lock. 6) Deep Cleaning: Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee which we will collect through the Airbnb resolution center. 7) Security fees: If we incur security / fire department / police fees or other costs arising out of or in connection with your behavior at the property, then you will be billed the cost.
