In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) may be given to come into compliance. If the request is not honored then your reservation will be terminated without refund. Amplified music is strictly forbidden at all hours without our advance written consent. SMOKING AND FLAMES NOT ALLOWED: Do not smoke or light anything in this property. This includes tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, hookah, and anything else. VIOLATING OUR RULES MAY RESULT IN RESERVATION TERMINATION: At our discretion, we may terminate your reservation for a violation of our house rules -- no matter the time of day or night. You will not be refunded and may incur additional fees. DISHONEST OR ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR: Dishonest behavior may result in termination of your reservation without refund, at our discretion. If we have any reason to believe that you intend to throw a party then you will be denied entry. \----------Section 4 - Additional Fees and how to Avoid Them ------------ The following may incur a fee: 1) Cleanup of human biomaterial (e.g. vomit, defecation) will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. 2) Pet hair: $300 cleaning fee for cleanup of excessive pet hair, at our discretion. If you have a pet that sheds, bring lint rollers and remove your pet\`s hair from the property. 3) Stains on the carpets or linens: $89 cleaning fee per item or cost to replace, whichever is higher. 4) Smoking ANYTHING indoors: $300 cleaning fee. No exceptions. Just don\`t do it. 5) There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Unfortunately if you do not return the key then we have no choice but to have a locksmith change the lock. 6) Deep Cleaning: Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee which we will collect through the Airbnb resolution center. 7) Security fees: If we incur security / fire department / police fees or other costs arising out of or in connection with your behavior at the property, then you will be billed the cost. We booked this home for a weekend to get to know the city, and it was excellent. The views of downtown are awesome. The beds are comfortable. The host was very responsive to our needs while there. The communication with the owner was excellent, check in was flawless, and the facility was clean, bright and welcoming with great views of the city! The beds were comfortable and the whole place was well appointed. The stairs to get up the place are a bit narrow and it is 3 flights up but definitely not a deterrent. As matron of honor, I planned my friends party and booked this VRBO for our night in Cinci and it was perfect! We are 5 men in our late 60’s so a bed was essential. This listing showed a queen and a twin in each room and a queen in common area for a total of 5 beds. Upon arrival there were 3 queen beds and 2 air mattresses. We do not consider an air mattress a bed. So 2 of us slept on the mattress on the floor. If the listing said 3 queen and 2 air mattresses we would not have booked. Also the air mattresses lost air and both guys had to put in more air throughout the night. ##### Jim B. It would be helpful if the listing said it’s on the 3rd floor and a very narrow staircase is the only way up- my friends and I were able to access it okay, but not everyone would want or be able to take those stairs. The cooking ware was basically unusable- not clean/falling apart and the garbage disposal did not work. Our parking space was taken by staff when we returned after leaving midday. I’m pretty sure the only smoke detector was taken off the ceiling and the fire escape door did not look all that stable.
