If determined that smoking has occurred on the property during your stay, you as the listed guest will be subject to a $250 fine upon check out. Per the City of Cincinnati and its ordinances, the number of people on the reservation must NOT be exceeded at any time unless otherwise approved by the host. If determined that an additional guest visited the property during your stay, you will be subject to a $500 fine upon check out. The house was generally clean but really dusty - as if it hadn't been occupied in some time. We spent all day and evening with family who lives in town. Returned Sunday afternoon to the home to find that a rodent (or many) had torn into and eaten an entire loaf of bread sitting on the counter. There were large droppings everywhere so it wasn't mice. Drew was very responsive and apologetic when we called. He told us he probably couldn't get an exterminator to the property right away so we chose to leave. ##### Kim M.
