Located in the Betts-Longworth Historic District, this 3BR/2.5BA is 2 blocks to Washington Park (free splash park, dog park, outdoor concerts/bar), 3 blocks to TQL Stadium(FC Cincinnati's brand new stadium), & 2 blocks to Cincinnati Music Hall. 4 blocks to the heart of OTR's best restaurants & bars/nightlife. 3 minutes drive to see the Bengals/ Reds!! The space This townhouse has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. The half bathroom is on the first floor with the living room, kitchen, and dining area. Both second floor bedrooms are ensuite (bathrooms inside the bedrooms). The third floor bedroom loft looks out to a small patio. This bedroom does not have a door (as it is a loft-style bedroom). It has four full size (double) bunk beds. It also runs cooler during the winters and warmer during the summers because of the glass door that leads out to the rooftop patio. The sofa in the living room also provides additional space for lounging and all those daytime naps. Each bedroom has a TV as well as the main TV in the living room. Guest access The neighborhood is very walkable and if you have a car, there are two parking spots for you. If you come with bikes, we can store those for you in the garage. If you need three parking spots, please let us know in advanced when you are booking. The owner was so sweet and due to the snowy conditions checked on us to make sure we arrived safely and had everything we needed. We can't wait to come back and stay here again.
