Guests have access to whole first floor which includes living room, kitchen, full bathroom and 3 bedrooms. Basement of home is rented as a separate airbnb apartment. Both units have their own private entrances. Only areas not accessible to are garage , basement Home and amenities are for use of guests on reservation only. ( Home is located in a very nice neighborhood no parties or events allowed) We are always here to help however we like to give our guests their own space so we will check in with you after you arrive to make sure everything is ok for you and then you will know how to reach us after that if you need us West Chester is a great area with lots to do and see and only a 25 minute drive from downtown Cincinnati and a 20 minute drive to Kings Island theme park and 15 minute drive to the premium outlets and about 8 minute drive to liberty center which has something for everyone If you have a car you are all set.and if not uber cars take typically less than 5 minutes to arrive. NOTE\* Please note 2 nights minimum on weekends and holidays! NOTER\*\*\*In order to get the correct price, please add the TOTAL number of guests in your inquiry, Thank you! THESE RULES ARE FOR THE COMFORT AND SAFETY OF ALL OUR GUESTS. 1) No smoking of ANY kind allowed inside the property, out of windows or close by the entrances. Please note there is an exterior camera recording sound and movement. Quiet time outside on weekdays / weeknights is 9pm-9am and on weekends 10pm-10am. 4) Arrival & departure Check in time is any time after 4pm and check out is anytime prior to 10am. 5) No eating allowed in the bedrooms. 6) No parking or driving on the grass 7) Please remove shoes when inside the home (Unless there is a health issue that prevents this) 8) Be transparent. We ask that you provide the names of all guests that will be staying at the home as part of reservation. Should there be any changes to this list please advise as soon as they are known. We can add additional people to the reservation prior to check in at a rate of $15 pp per night. >>STRICT RULE you are not to have more people in the home than indicated on your reservation. >>We do not allow extra people beyond the people listed on the reservation. It was truly like being at home. Plenty of towels, washcloths, kitchen supplies, even spices. Only thing we thought should have been on the listing is that there is a tenant in the basement wasn't informed about this until day of check in. It was kinda weird but had no issues at all with the tenant during our stay. Beautiful back porch and nice yard but grass was high so probably not the best to play in if you have children. Definitely wasn't disappointed booking this property. Communication with owner was incredible. ##### REBECCA R. Upon arrival we were greeted by a drunk and disorderly downstairs renter who was subsequently evicted from the property the next morning. The owner/host Freddy was quick to arrive to the site to address the issue but after offering help with any other needs, he was then unresponsive and unwilling to assist. Furthermore, the unit itself had a smell of cigarette smoke (potentially from the downstairs renter or previous renters) and was generally 'dingy'. The unit had stains on most carpets, mold on the shower curtain and disrepair in the bathroom (faucets). Beds were uncomfortable at best and stains were present on some pillow cases and duvets. There were also 4 countertop stools missing (shown in online photos) which would have been useful for our group. Lastly, after giving multiple days notice that we would be checking out one day early there was no refund for the final days stay unless we rebooked. After the multitude of issues I found this to be very poor. I would fault both the property and the rules on this site. This is an honest review. Our stay was 'manageable' at best and only made so by the good company of colleagues we had. The property itself over promises and under delivers. In my opinion the property is past due for renovations and simply a thorough cleaning which should happen on a regular basis. Our group would not recommend nor book with this property again. Lastly. I believe other options provide a better overall service; something for this website and renters to consider. ##### Adriana W.
