The Space: Our spacious studio apartments feature inviting living areas, fully-equipped kitchens, and bathrooms complete with toiletries. Building amenities include a large outdoor pool (seasonal, open summer through Labor Day, closed in winter. NOTE: Pool temporarily unavailable) and sundeck, fitness center, grilling area and fireplace, and bike storage. You will also have direct access to the Monon Trail. You can also enjoy : \- Washer dryer in unit for free \- Smart-TV with streaming apps installed! \- TV in the living room \- Complimentary coffee While designs are based on the above photos, please note that each unit has individualized elements of design and custom decorative features. Bedroom Configuration: Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed Wheelchair Accessible! We have multiple CozySuites units in this building and each one is unique. Decor and layout may vary slightly from what you see in photos. Guest Access: Guests will have full access to the apartment throughout their stay. Please note that amenities are available at the property's discretion. We are unable to process refunds if an amenity is closed during your stay. The Neighborhood: Known for its plethora of restaurants, bars, and professional sports stadiums, there’s plenty for you to explore during your getaway to Cincinnati. You’ll find everything from casual local coffee shops to high-end local eateries, and shops and attractions around every corner. Getting Around: A car isn’t necessary to explore the area. Find restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. There are also Lime and Bird electric scooters in the area available for rent. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver. On site staff was pleassnt and accomodating. Did not use but had a great pool and workout area. If your into sports, your within walking distance to all of thebpro sport venues. Found it difficult to adjust to the soft mattress (no platform, no springs) and lack of water pressure. Disappointed that it took us two days to work through confirmation-of-stay procedures just to get connected to the internet. Another improvement we'd suggest is including garage parking for the length of a stay. Lack of a clear guide on operations/channel availability/accessing video was frustrating. ##### James C. Wouldn’t give me address of unit they wanted to move us in. Cincinnati is a large city and we wanted to be walking distance to ball field. I had to call VRBO customer service for help. It was a complete headache. Offered compensation bc we moved from 1 bedroom to studio. Had to ask 3 times for compensation. 60 is what they offered.
