This full home features 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, with a lovely open floor plan, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious deck out back - perfect for alfresco dining or entertaining! You are a short walk to East Hyde Park, which features great restaurants, historic bars, and some of the best coffee in town! In addition to on street parking, you have parking for one car in the driveway. 3 Beds (All Queen Size) 1 Full Bath Washer & Dryer In Lower Level Driveway Parking Large Deck + Front Porch Living Room w/ Smart TV Dining Room w/ Seating for 6 Coffee (K Cups) Provided Optional Services: Wine Turn Down Service Please note, we do have a few house rules for you to follow: We do NOT allow smoking of any kind on the property. This includes, but is not limited to, cigarettes, weed, or any type of illegal substance. If determined that smoking has occurred on the property during your stay, you as the listed guest will be subject to a $250 fine upon check out. Per the City of Cincinnati and its ordinances, the number of people on the reservation must NOT be exceeded at any time unless otherwise approved by the host. If determined that an additional guest visited the property during your stay, you will be subject to a $500 fine upon check out. Cameras that are on the exterior of the property are recording 24/7 and can be used to support host if needed. We have a zero tolerance policy. Please note that at anytime we find out that the connection point on the interior of the property has been adjusted, it would be subject to fine or removal from the property. \*\*Please do not unplug/disconnect any internet routers or boxes without first contacting us! Our unit security requires an active internet signal at all times. Unplugging any router/box without host approval result in an additional fee. We used to live a few blocks away so staying in the old neighborhood was perfect. The house was really nice. Beautifully appointed and very clean and neat. The back deck with the awning was great and we sat out there two nights. Very safe and nice location. Walking distance to many restaurants. The floors were very squeaky. There was no remote for the light/ceiling fan in the kitchen. Very few large kitchen utensils. When we arrived, VRBO must have been having technical issues because we could not get to the inbox in the app or on a computer to see the checkin process and lock code. This was very frustrating.
