Walkable to popular eateries and parks, this historic Cincinnati cottage also features a spacious outdoor living space that's ideal for lounging & al fresco dining. \### Relax in the Living/Dining Room featuring seating for up to 4 people with a Ruku Smart TV (Various Apps, Over-the-Air Antenna Local Channels), a window AC/purifier unit, two closets for clothing storage, a blow-up mattress, and space for extra sheets, blankets, and towels. New faux-hardwood floors have been installed throughout the home. The living room sofa folds out for additional sleeping. Fully stocked kitchen with full-size gas stove, microwave, and refrigerator. Keurig coffee maker (pods available), French press, teapot, and toaster oven. Utensils, dishes, pots, pans, baking sheet, paper towels & hand towels. Pet friendly (Fee Applies), the neighboring park to the side of the house will make for great exercise for your 4-legged friend. (Pet Fee - $35/day. Up to 2 dogs less than 50 lbs each. Failure to disclose "Pet Guests" will result in a $250 fee) A large sliding glass door at the rear of the home provides tons of afternoon sunlight making the kitchen perfect for preparing a family dinner that can be enjoyed in the dining area or on the large backyard patio and porch. Looking to unwind outside? A fire pit table and accompanying chairs will allow you to enjoy seasonal vibes with views of the adjacent park. Cornhole gaming also available! The master bedroom provides a 12” plush/ memory foam hybrid mattress with cooling gel memory foam. Topped with 100% organic cotton sheets, the room also features soft reading lights, a new ceiling fan, 6 6-drawer dresser for clothing storage, a window AC/purifier unit, and an additional Roku Smart TV. The bathroom has been newly remodeled, equipped with a new faucet, toilet, shower, tub, and flooring. Loft/Attic features an additional television watching area with Roku SmartTV, couch, and portable AC window unit. Traveling alone on business? Our home has all the essentials you'll need for both work and play! Full-size washer and dryer in the basement with laundry detergent & softener are available for use. RedAwning provides a damage waiver that covers accidental damage up to $3,000 with every booking. A $50 damage waiver fee is included per booking which is added to the cleaning fee. Thought the steps may be too steep but was good cardio LOL. Parked right out front was great, house is great, didn't use stove because it's gas not electric. Water hot/cold dispenser, kuerig, bath & bed were all terrific. Host answered quickly - I was kind of lost about streaming, Perfect for 1-2 ppl and small dogs. No salt provided for steps. Cracks and paint chipping throughout property not shown/mentioned in listing. The couch's right legs were broken, causing the couch to lean to the right. Contacted owner who waited two days to respond with no fix. I guess we'll share the one-person chair. All fabric surfaces were stained (photos taken with timestamps): chair, couch, rug, bedspread, and some pillows. The towels, though appearing clean, smelled like wet dog. After washing, they were fine. The basement where washer/dryer are had a small stream running through it (there was a lot of rain/ snow that weekend), but again, no mention of needing outdoor gear for a trip to do laundry. A/C units were left in multiple windows causing the house to leak like a sieve. This caused the furnace to stay on, which caused a very uncomfortably dry air quality. No additional water jug as mentioned in the welcome packet. Expired food, drink, and open condiments left in the kitchen. Floors were noticeably crooked. The mildew-smelling "office" (upstairs loft) lacked a CPU monitor as mentioned in the listing. My wife and I served in the Army for over a combined three decades, so this wasn't the worst living conditions to which we've been exposed. Our days of austere accommodations are behind us. We will not return to this location, nor would we recommend even the opposing Army stay here. ##### Leah B. We dealt directly with the owner who was very responsive. Many things are within walking distance so the location is excellent but be aware that Erie is a busy street. The neighborhood was super cute with so many interesting restaurants. Wish we had more time to try them all! Close to everything, felt very safe, the park next door was a big plus, especially since we had our dog with us. Check-in/out was totally stress-free. The neighborhood felt very safe and free street parking was available in front of the house. We loved that we could walk to the local eateries.
