We had to come in and clean the bathroom. Hair left in the shower. Dirt also was still around the tub. The floor was not clean at all. Dirt was all over the floor not mopped or vacuumed.

me and my bf were watching youtube on 1 of our phones we got security called on us and we weren't being loud. my biggest issue is i had to have a super fast Cold as ice shower and the valet parking was super slow getting my car

Wifi didnt work in my room for the four day duration. Clean and comfy beds but noisy aircon and electrics. The property as a whole is vast and a bit tired. Staff are friendly

The hvac system did not work properly. Inside temperature was 76* with thermostat set to 68*. The shower had hair on the walls and floor. And mold in the shower.

I thought there would have been more options for restaurants inside this huge hotel. The bar / snack was very disappounting. My husband and I sat there over 15 minutes before anyone came out the back to notice us. The menu was extremely limited and not pleasing. Otherwise I truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Considering what you get for the price, The Cincinnatian gets five stars. Lovely old building and the common areas are very attractive. The staff is excellent and very accommodating. Sherry, at the front desk is great. General manager was always visible and very nice as well. Silas, who was the doorman as I arrived was most helpful and very congenial, as was Mike and a young blond man whose name I was remiss not to get. Great coffee shop attached with super products and very nice employees and managers. Chelsea was delightful; her husband whom I only met once was also very nice. The room itself was fine, but not at all exceptional. The GM said they were going to be remolded soon. i felt very welcome and appreciated here.

Great downtown cincy hotel
Overall, this hotel was excellent. It’s historic and in a good location that’s walkable to a lot of good restaurants and bars. It’s also a close enough walk to OTR and the banks. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was phenomenal (great water pressure and jacuzzi tub). Will stay here again.

Vert pleasant stay
The employee that checked us in was so friendly and when we mentioned in passing that we were celebrating our anniversary, she found us an upgrade. The bar staff was friendly and the food was good. It was within a mile of everything we wanted to do while there.

Kierra at the desk was phenomenal. The valet guys were fantastic. The people working the bar were attentive, funny, and amazing. The only issue I had was that the lighting in the bathroom wasn’t very bright, the doors stuck to the room and the bathroom, and the shower was hard to figure out how to work it. We were in 709. Overall, I would def stay here again. The room was huge. The fire place and jet tub added to the atmosphere. We had a fantastic time. Thank you!

Booked this specifically for the hot tub, but there was not enough hot water to fill it. 3 of the 6 side shower nozzles didn’t work. Main door did not open all the way and bathroom door did not close. Bums hanging around in the lobby. There was no room service on the night we booked and we were not informed of this at the time of booking. This was for our wedding night and was a real bummer for both of us.

Unfortunately the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in. Wish we would have complained but were in a hurry and just figured we would suck it up for one night. But for $250/night you deserve more than “the worst bed we have ever slept on”

Beautiful hotel in the heart of the city. Walk to restaurants and shops. Very comfortable bed. Our room had a fireplace, jacuzzi and a shower for two with side jets. Its the city, so be prepared for parking fees. Will cost you $50 with tips.

The hotel was fine. A little dated. Location.was great. A lot of nice restaurants close by. Staff was very nice. The best feature was double shower heads. I've never seen that in a hotel

Nice room overlooking the check in desk
Really nice room, but our view overlooked the lobby. Very weird, made the room feel like a storage closet. Worst part was the lobby echos and the windows aren’t soundproof, so people coming in and out of the lobby woke us up several times. I’d ask for a street facing room next time.

Pros: convenient location, great staff, clean room, comfortable bed, second sink outside bathroom Cons; clean towels and housekeeping only upon request or after four nights. Pocket door between bathroom and second sink broken. No tv guide. A printed one would have been nice.

I booked a newer large sq ft king room and was given a tiny old room with peeling paint, recently patched wall holes, gross yellow condensation bubbles on the bathroom ceiling, and the shower wouldnt drain. Not to mention the bed was so hard that i had to request 4 extra pillows to lay on just so i could sleep.
