Adams We look forward to hosting you at our basement studio located in the heart of Mt. Adams and right across the street from Eden Park and the Playhouse. This is a perfect place for a fun Cincy getaway! Walk to local restaurants and bars or take a short drive to downtown, OTR, Covington, or Newport for delicious food and drinks. If you're here for a wedding, we are a few minutes walk from the Monastery. Looking to catch a game or a concert? The studio is 5-10 mins from the Great American Ball Park (Go Reds!), Paul Brown Stadium (Go Bengals!), Riverbend, the Heritage Bank Center (the Coliseum), Ovation, and the Andrew Brady Center. Please note since this is a basement studio with slightly a lower ceiling, it may not be the most comfortable space if you are very tall (>6 feet). Stayed here for a long weekend by myself on a work trip and was happy with the property. Extremely convenient location to downtown, and easy access to Mount Adams neighborhood entertainment. Easy to get Ubers and Lyfts. Adams - and this spot is in a great location! We walked to a Reds game and had late night drinks after in the neighborhood. The studio itself is good. We noticed a slightly musty, earthy odor, but that’s to be expected in the basement-like place - and could be addressed with some safe scent diffusers. The neighbors above were a bit loud at times, but manageable. Loved the espresso machine and mini fridge! Overall a good stay. ##### Mat R. It is a lower level/underground apartment. Access would be difficult for older adults with mobility concerns - access info is not clearly mentioned in the description, just a photo is all. It was perfect for us though & we had no accessibility issues/concerns. The neighborhood is very European and rather safe. Unfortunately almost all the “rental” properties in the area are not dog friendly, despite the people living in the area all seemingly out & about with their dogs & most local businesses with dog friendly policies. We would be willing to pay more for a small dog friendly property, but they just do not seem to exist in the Mount Adams neighborhood. We did really like this property & the location. The temperature. 1st night was really cold, which i like, but blanket options were limited to 1 blanket and a handful of sheets. Not enough for how cold it was. 2nd night was the opposite, too hot, sweating most the night. And the Sunday night, after the WEBN fireworks, we had to listen to blasting music from a house party upstairs until midnight. I'm sure this isn't normal for every stay, but it was the fireworks night.Overall, we did enjoy our stay. But it wasn't perfect. ##### vincent g.
