We booked a 3 night stay and had a great time! The pool was very clean, the rooms were also very clean and well maintained, and the staff was nice. Breakfast was wonderful! We would definitely stay again!

After decades of travel for business and pleasure this hotel just took the number one spot on my "never stay there again" list. Arrived Thursday evening and took forever to get checked in. Got into my room and had no heat so more time at the desk for them to get us switched. Staff was apologetic enough about the issues. The tv was a pain trying to locate the NCAA womens games so we went downstairs to ask or see if the game was on. Promptly met by an angry guest who was clearly frustrated at staff, so we quickly went back to our room before things escalated. A little bit later we needed to meet our Door Dash Driver to grab dinner and met several of the local Sheriff deputies who were there to hel p resolve the earlier dispute that had now been going on for over an hour. The next night someone was clearly smoking in the hall or stairwell and that completely filled our room at 10:30pm. Really no option but to deal with it. Next more the smell of weed was very evident as we were leaving. The hotel itself was dirty, dated and in need of some tlc in the form of paint and general maintenance. I reported that the facet in the main lobby bathroom was broken and the girl looked at me like I had three heads. Terrible experience and would not recommend a staying here. I will also be reporting this to Corporate.

We apologize for the inconvenience that was caused during your stay, please know we house construction crews working on long term projects in the area. Our housekeeping team works very hard to keep the hotel grounds and interior clean, especially with our maintenance on TLC. Regarding the scent, we’ll try to figure out a way to determine who and what caused it over the weekend, it is very difficult to know who, when, and where smoked. Our property is highly ranked, and awarded with our hotel competition in the area, we always make sure we do not fail in guest expectation and we do apologize for the inconvenience.

The staff at the front desk seemed to be confused and had to be explained things more simple so he would understand. The once public bathroom was unavailable to people checking into the hotel and with elderly and small children in our party made it very inconvenient to have to wait till we checked in to use the bathroom. The sheets appeared not to be clean as they had black marks on them Breakfast was good, the attendant was very friendly and quite hospitable and attentive to the breakfast. The pool was very nice and warm but felt like the air was on so it was cold getting out. The price right for the quality of the hotel.

The roof was being replaced and construction started at 7 am each day i was there. There pool was closed and the hotel itself was dirty. This is the 4-5 stay ive made through your site and the property is nothing as advertised.

Comfortable and convenient
The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and the hotel is close to gas stations and stores if you want to go somewhere. I didn't use the pool but it looked very inviting and well kept.

A little dated but they work very hard keeping it clean. It took two days before I found the breakfast room but it was my fault because I didn’t ask. The bathroom could use an update especially with the really low toilets.

The location was very quiet! Definitely a great spot if you’re passing through Cincinnati towards Chillicothe or beyond.

My experience, overall, was pleasant. The things that i didnt like was the peeling paint on the ceiling above the shower, TV wasn't working right and too frustrating to figure out. I have lots of tech experience and still struggled. All vending machines were completely empty and was told person who fills it hasn't been back to fill it up. I ended up walking to the gas station for something to drink. Things that were good. Room was clean and linens fresh. Shower and toilet were clean. Carpet and tile floors were clean. Pool looked nice, but i did not use it.

Very nice.
Was surprised to find a clean and friendly place on our journey and especially the breakfast the next morning. Would stay there again if we were in the area again. My only complaint would be, they need to have a better type of stool for the shower in the handicapped room. It kept moving around and I nearly fell while I was using it. It is dangerous.

Rooms have been renovated to look nicer than the lobby/outside area. Average hotel, did not have anything for breakfast and nothing special. Had to check out a day early and Orbitz needed to talk to the manager to approve a 1 day refund. Never got approved by manager and not happy this location could not accommodate my refund request , after they said in person it would not be a problem. Still can never get manager on the phone for this refund request. Orbitz had no problem initiating the refund and was super helpful but the hotel location did not participate.

Pushing motel 6 level bad
Smelled. How can you mask smoke? Not with perfumes. Use your fine $ to actually get rid of the smell. We stayed two nights. Don’t send someone who just smoked a pack of cigarettes into a room to clean it and then shut the window when it was left open to get rid of that smell. If you have a bathtub, leave a plug so folks can actually use it. Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk and breakfast.

There are no records of anyone recent smoking in the property, and if there was an issue with the room, please let the front desk agents know? All rooms are subject to a checklist where a departure room will be checked by our housekeeping manager. We’ll do our best to address the issue.We are actually transitioning into showers so there will be no more tubs at the property in the future, that is the reason why drain plugs are being removed.

Not a bad hotel but definitely not a 5 star hotel. Average hotel at best, not really worth the 100 and something dollars a night. Looks can be deceiving because hotel didn’t look all of that on the outside but was pretty clean on the inside, beds we’re comfortable and clean , bathroom was extremely small, the door narrowly miss the toilet. More than likely will stay again only if they come down on the price!!

Literally so angry for coming here. Only reason i came...paid $215 by the way...was i wanted ONE peaceful day to chill in the pool an relax for my birthday. Yeah WRONG. whole pool was taken over by a party & then could not get our tv set to english until 1030pm This was by far the most annoing dumbest decision i have made in a while coming here. I am not made of money. Pay $215 to swim for 20 min and listen to people talk in Spanish. So yeah.
