This is the best it gets. \*\*\*Please note that the free parking advertised is ONE (1) monthly garage pass for a brand new garage about 3-5 minutes\` walk away. The free parking is available ONLY for stays of 21 days or longer.\*\*\* This historic condo has been renovated top to bottom with modern conveniences while keeping the historic elements intact including large, arched windows, and exposed brick accents. Huge open living and kitchen area makes for great socializing with your friends. Elevator directly to your patio. Enjoy the working gas fireplace and awesome kitchen. We are here if needed, and live in the building, so if you need anything we can help quickly! We are just a call away! We are available to answer any questions. We also live in the house in another unit, in case help is needed in any emergencies. We are the ONLY Airbnbs directly on Findlay Market! Our neighborhood, Over the Rhine, is home to Cincinnati\`s best and most numerous bars, restaurants, cafes, parks, and even two breweries in walking distance. We\`re walking distance to Music Hall and the spaces where the Opera, Ballet, and Symphony play. If you\`re here for the baseball game, Great American ballpark is just over a 1 mile walk (or rather, hop on the Streetcar a few blocks away!). We\`re also one of the country\`s largest intact historic neighborhoods, with an absolutely beautiful stock of charming Italianate architecture. Please note that the building does not have private parking, but there is plentiful street parking on weekdays, a garage at Washington Park, and an inexpensive pay lot a 5-minute walk away (0.3 miles walk). Once settled, you can easily walk to or from most areas of Over the Rhine. Alternatively, you can hop on the streetcar (for free) a few blocks away. Just remember your mask. The streetcar will take you all the way north to Rhinegeist brewery (also walkable) or south all the way to the Riverfront and the ballparks. Uber, Lime, Bird are ubiquitous and you can get almost anywhere you want on them. Please read our house rules thoroughly. If we have any reason to believe that you intend to throw a party then you will be denied entry. \----------Section 4 - Additional Fees and how to Avoid Them ------------ The following may incur a fee: 1) Cleanup of human biomaterial (e.g. vomit, defecation) will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. 2) Pet hair: $300 cleaning fee for cleanup of excessive pet hair, at our discretion. If you have a pet that sheds, bring lint rollers and remove your pet\`s hair from the property. 3) Stains on the carpets or linens: $89 cleaning fee per item or cost to replace, whichever is higher. 4) Smoking ANYTHING indoors: $300 cleaning fee. No exceptions. Just don\`t do it. 5) There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Unfortunately if you do not return the key then we have no choice but to have a locksmith change the lock. 6) Deep Cleaning: Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee which we will collect through the Airbnb resolution center. 7) Security fees: If we incur security / fire department / police fees or other costs arising out of or in connection with your behavior at the property, then you will be billed the cost. Steps from Findlay Market and the free streetcar line, the condo is very convenient and felt secure. Parking could be an issue as free street parking is scarce. After unloading in an alley behind the condo, we found a spot on the street and kept our car there the entire stay, which worked fine given the good public transportation. Although we were not emailed the front door code ahead of our stay, I was able to get it by calling the host when we arrived. All in all, a first-rate rental! ##### NE B. My wife, sister and I just stayed at this unit for a long weekend and we would highly recommend! The unit is huge, clean, and nicely updated but the best part is the location! It’s right above the famous Findlay market and in the middle of the Over-The-Rhine neighborhood with great bars and restaurants in every direction! ##### Paul C. Close to Findlay market, numerous restaurants, and a short drive up the hill to UC. My teenage daughter thought loft life was cool. This property is in a very old newly remodeled building. It is spacious and comfortable for four people. It overlooks Findlay Market and is very close to the free Connector trolley station that takes you all over Cincinnati. So convenient. ##### Nancy H. We were able to very easily catch the rail car/train to head to a show and walked right downstairs to the market in the morning. Parking was the biggest issue we had and when we finally found parking, we didn’t want to go anywhere because we knew we would lose the spot. Parking at paid lots were $2 an hour, so $48 a day.
