All beds are located upstairs. It may not be suitable for young children or guests with limited mobility. Please see photo of staircase. Air mattress is also available. Please note: the cabin is located a long drive from town. We recommend stocking up on groceries, gas, and any essentials before you head our way. A quick note about directions: if you’re coming in from Highway 149, your GPS might try to take you on Alpine Road as a shortcut. While it looks tempting, Alpine Road is a very rough, narrow dirt road—not great for standard cars or sedans, and it can make for a stressful drive. The same goes for CR 26, which is also dirt. Our tip: stick with US Highway 50 to Alpine Plateau Rd (CR687), which will bring you right to Spruce Road. The views from the deck are amazing. The cabin is located in a peaceful mountain community and the location is great for various outdoor activities.
