The location of the Villa was perfect, walking distance to Calis Beach and shops and more restaurants even more local. "We stayed for 11 nights in October. Communication with Colin was great from the start, he sorted out transfers from airport which madd the journey really smooth. The villa is beautiful and really well-maintained and equipped. It is situated with a perfect view of Babadag mountain and just far enough from town to be peaceful. It's just a short stroll into town where there are so many bars, restaurants and shops, you will never run out of options. "

"Villa Kayahan is very well maintained with a fabulous pool area. The villa is very spacious and can easily accommodate up to 8 people with separate en suites for each bedroom. Only thing worth noting is that it is a longer than perhaps expected walk to the town/restaurants etc for eating out so we used taxis to and from (approx 100 TL each way). There is a good local shop for all basic needs approx a 10 minute walk away. Very good comms with the owner. "
