"Great breakfast!! The staff were incredibly helpful. The rooms were cozy. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back if God permits us. The trains were easy to catch and get to Rome's Termini station. There is nothing I disliked about this property."

"The weather is hot now so having a clean, comfy room with air con was definitely needed and provided. I didn’t spend much time at the hotel so can not speak about the pool or anything else the hotel has to offer. I can say the breakfast was very nice and the the hotel and grounds are very well kept. "A delightful property with a caring proprietor. The room was spacious and quiet. The shower was a little too small, but it was appropriate for a private residence in Italy. There were plenty of songbirds to provide a very restful stay. And, it was very conveniently located near Rome’s commuter train service. "

Camera caldissima il condizionatore non funziona al di sotto di una certa soglia. Camera molto rumorosa (sentivo russare dalla camera affianco) Bagno minuscolo e senza bidet. Hotel senza reception notturna. Pessimo soggiorno."
