"Was a bit wary about this stay as we've had bad experiences in Brittania hotels before. However, these fears were unfounded. It was excellent, enormous room, with TV to match. "No front desk, required to provide photos of ID, passport, and required to deposit by credit card $100 UK Pound for security fee hold for any apartment damage. I stayed there nights, no restocking of clean towels, no restocking of coffee sugar and cream. I texted management asking for these. No reply. ..."
