« Very convenient location, just 2 blocks from the bus terminal and the main square. Walking distance to everything in Baños.The room was nice and well equipped. They have a very large terrace on the roof. The owner is also a tour guife so he can arrange rafting and other tours, they also have bicycles to rend. The family who takes care of this hotel is super nice. I got bitten by a dog in Baños and they took me to the nearby hospital and waited for me to be treated. A very big thanks! »

« It doesn’t deserve the 3 star hotel category. At first, when I arrived to the hotel to do my check-in, there’s nobody, I had to wait almost 40 minutes with my luggage at the street. I guess was because the staff weren’t expecting my reservation. There’s no hot water, I hadn’t at any moment of my stay. When I arrived to my room, there’s a small blood stain on the shower faucet. Also the soap dispenser was misplaced and it was falling every time I had to use it. The breakfast was ok, but the...

"We had an excellent stay at this hotel and I highly recommend it! Beyond the comfort of the place, we experienced something truly special on a human level. The hotel manager is an incredible person — always attentive, available, kind, and welcoming. He took care of everything to make our stay perfect, organizing all our excursions so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The hotel’s location is ideal: right across from a river, with stunning views of the mountains and lush greenery. Breakfast was delicious, and the prices are unbeatable. We truly felt at home, almost like being part of a family — a rare and precious feeling when traveling."

"Very convenient location, just 2 blocks from the bus terminal and the main square. Walking distance to everything in Baños.The room was nice and well equipped. They have a very large terrace on the roof. The owner is also a tour guife so he can arrange rafting and other tours, they also have bicycles to rend. The family who takes care of this hotel is super nice. I got bitten by a dog in Baños and they took me to the nearby hospital and waited for me to be treated. A very big thanks!"
