"I booked the accommodation through Orbitz. After taking payment, I received an email stating that there was no receptionist and we would have to gain entry using emailed codes etc. This should be declared up front, not after payment has been received. We saw a helpful member of staff on the day we were entering. On checkout, nobody was around and I did not know whether my codes would work while storing bags. Someone picked up the phone eventually and the codes did continue to work for the rest...

"I would not stay here again. It is inconvenient that there’s no staff onsite after 5p. The room itself is pretty but that’s about the only plus. The bath towels are large, which I appreciate. The included breakfast was delicious. Otherwise I didn’t enjoy my stay. The rooms are hot with no air circulation. You cannot use the air con during the “winter” so the room is hot and stuffy, the bathroom is even worse. We had to sleep with the windows open and it’s very loud outside. Someone was doing some sort of construction work after 11p and starting at 7a. The shower only gets warm, not hot. I don’t like the brick floors. The mattress was one of the most uncomfortable mattresses I’ve ever slept on. I was in physical pain all throughout the night and didn’t sleep well AT ALL. Terrible. Would never stay here again. "
