"The property is beautiful surrounded by lemon trees. It is located off of a busy road which is only accessible by vehicle. You can't walk to Noto, it is very dangerous. You definitely need a car and if I had known, i would not have stayed there. The owner Fabrizio was very helpful and so was Sergio. The Breakfast was mediocre, and beds were comfortable. I think that it was expensive for what we got."

"The B&B is well-located, and the host Corrado is a lovely fellow - picked us up from the station, and helped us sort out some travel issues. But the place is very plain and very small, and clearly COVID has wrought some reductions in service - the breakfast comprised a coffee, a juice and a croissant. "Lovely little place in the heart of Noto. You need to have a car to get to the beach, I'm not sure if there's buses running. Parking is also very difficult, it took us an hour to park the car as both car parks full and no on street parking."

"What a beautiful surprise. Stayed here at the recommendation of a lical friend. The room was spacious, beds comfortable, breakfast delicious.
