"Very Good Hotel in Central Location"
As everywhere in Tokyo, hotel rooms are small, but the rooms here are well decorated, clean and well equipped (including fridge, coffee/tea-making facilities and comprehensive toiletries), also humidifier, controllable air conditioning, wifi, wlan. A big plus for me - you can open the window to let in fresh air! Good mattress. Huge TV screen (too large for the room IMO) and you have to pay for watching anything at all, but I didn't come to Tokyo to watch TV, so I didn't care. Breakfast: lots of good Japanese food plus everything to make a fresh salad; the European foods (croissants, canned clementine segments, sweet, very fatty toast and sweet yoghurt) could be healthier and more natural for me (I'd have loved some wholegrain bread and cereal), but I just had salad instead. Excellent access to Narita Airport (the end station for the Keisei Skyliner is just across the street; it's the Keisei-Ueno Station, not to be confused with the much larger Ueno Station, which is a further 6 minutes on foot ). In walking distance from several nice places - Ueno Park with many museums and monuments, Asakusa with temples, amusement park and shopping (traditional crafts and modern stuff), Yanaka Ginza, a lovely quaint traditional neighbourhood and so forth. From the Ueno Station access to everything else - very good location altogether. The daily housekeeping did not seem to include cleaning the bathroom; I could have done without new towels every day (for environmental reasons).

"Great location, wonderful staff"
Beautiful lobby, welcoming and helpful staff. Located close to a major shopping area in one direction and next to the harbor in the other direction. Great little outdoor terrace on 4th floor. Rooms smell clean and appear clean. But. Rooms are in need of upgrading. Carpet was severely stained everywhere and appeared decades old. Bathroom fixtures also several decades old. But would stay there again given cost and overall experience.

"Good location"
This is a reasonable place with a fairly large room, considering its location. You can find ramen shops nearby on a side street, vending machine payment restaurant, pharmacy, etc. Also a $8-10 taxi ride to Tokyo Station where you can get an JR Access bus to Narita for just 1000 yen, or less than $10. The only thing I didn't like was the film on the window so that you could not see out (unless you are very tall.)

"Nice hotel right off the train station."
PROS: Clean, near train station (can take the Sky Access practically direct to the hotel), convenient (restaurants, sizzler, supermarket, shopping mall all near by), sightseeing right next door (Sky Tree Tower, Sumida Park, Asakusa, and shopping within walking distance), currency exchange machine in the hotel with favorable rates and laundry machines on site. CONS: English is a hit or miss with the staff, few amenities (no gym, spa, or concierge). If you are looking for assistance with your trip, baggage service, valet, concierge for tours this hotel is not it. This is a good hotel as it is reasonably priced and convenient, but expect to do everything yourself. You won't get much assistance or advice from this hotel.

"Place to relax before your flight"
This hotel was nice and relaxing before our early flight from Haneda. The room is small but that's normal for Japan. We had an amazing view out towards the city with mount Fuji in the background. A lovely goodbye to Japan. As the hotel is in the terminal it took away our worries about getting to the airport in time in the morning.

Helpful check in especially as I was very early. Check in is a very late but typical of Japan 3pm. However, staff checked me in & held my baggage until later in the day. When I returned at 10pm my baggage was already in my room. The view from the window was appalling; just the rear of another building's a/c pipes! Room unfortunately near the hotels own central a/c so noise throuout the night. Room also too warm & no ability to open a window even slightly.

"Right next to Ryogoku Station"
The hotel is located right next to the station, and hence very easy to find. The room condition is good, but of course a little small like any other hotels in Tokyo.
