Perfect for small and large groups, couples, families, retreats, sport teams etc. Private and secluded yet Only 20 min. from Anchorage and the valley! Five miles from Eagle River. This property has it all! Property is 3,400 sq. ft. 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms situated on 2.5 wooded acres. Enjoy coffee in the mornings on the large wrap around deck. Hot tubing with friends and family. Plenty of room for kids to adventure in the wooded birch tree forest and play on the rope swings. In the evenings grill while viewing the midnight sun or roast marshmallows over the fire pit. This is a brand new listing! We enjoying being hosts so greatly that we wanted to make available this lovely property to guests. Please look at our other listing. Our neighborhood has larger lots that are mostly 2.5 plus acres so there is more privacy between homes. There is a grocery store 1.2 miles down the road. Four miles to Beach Lake Trails which are great for walking and skiing. Mt. Baldy is only 11 miles away, great hiking! Great restaurants close by, Matanuska Brewing is a favorite of ours for craft beer and pizza (7.8 miles) and Bobbys cafe 2.2 miles. The home is inviting and comfortable, with lots of space. The decor was well done and relaxing. We did not see the onsite caretaker, except when she unlocked the piano for us as requested.
