"We got upgraded to a bigger room and was welcomed by a paranomic view. The hotel location is just 8mins walk to the Hamamatsu station. Amenities were a 9/10 due to the fact that we are provided those small bottles of shampoo, body lotion etc which may not be so environmental friendly."

"Room was very very big and clean. Staff were really detailed in explaining how things work and the food was really good too. The semi buffet for dinner, and breakfast buffet was very enjoyable. Would definitely come back again!"
