"We loved everything about our stay in Sierra. The location is in the middle of stunning forest, very close to ski slopes, lovely food options are available through the day. Nothing can be better than enjoying private onsen after a day of skiing. Lovelies stuff. We will definitely be back! "

Amazing place with lovely people that staff it, we enjoyed being able to book the private onsen for half hour on the first night and although we couldn’t book it for the second (no times suitable as we had a early morning check out) we got to try their public onsen which was great too. "The property and the staff were excellent. However, the only complaint I have is the lack of pre-check in information. We did not know where the shuttle bus was located for pick up, or which train station the shuttle was at (or the pick up schedule). After missing the shuttle, we ended up using a taxi, which was quite expensive, rather than wait for two hours for the next bus. "

"Amazing onsen! I booked a room with a private open air onsen for end of March 2024 and was blown away at how nice my room and the entire hotel was. The facility was impeccable, food was good, staff was super nice and my room was so great. I was only there two nights and regret not staying longer. I will definitely come back to this onsen.
