The added interest is in the placement of the stepped site and the double-curved grand stairway leading to a masonry bay centered against the front gallery. The original yellow Danish bricks throughout the exterior have been preserved and allocated with great attention to detail, providing a truly unique experience. The floors are original old pine, restored thanks to many months of work preserving their impressive longevity. Located just 1 block from the boardwalk, The Moko Jumbie Historic Suite features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The entrance of this suite features a kitchenette with historic Danish brick from countertop to ceiling and around the beautiful large windows. Upon walking in, you are greeted by a place to put down your things and adjust to the space. The bathroom has floor-to-ceiling Carrara marble and a glass shower. The bathroom windows have a beautiful view, looking out into nothing but private greenery. This stay is equipped with a split A/C unit in the main room to ensure your comfort.
Please be advised that the interior space of your lower-floor unit is designated as private. The outdoor grounds are accessible to the general public from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekdays. A shared laundry room on the lower floor is available to guests during the aforementioned hours; however, alternative access times may be arranged upon request.
It is important to note that while efforts have been made to enhance user-friendliness, the building's preserved historic nature precludes wheelchair access.
