You'll be provided an access code to the back entrance prior to check-in. The owners are local, and will be able to be reached by platform messaging during the duration of your stay. Located in a peaceful residential area, the home is just 20 minutes from Virginia Tech and downtown Blacksburg, 15 minutes from Radford University, and 25 minutes from Claytor Lake State Park. You’ll also be close to local dining, shopping, and family-friendly activities. Whether visiting campus, enjoying outdoor adventures, or exploring Christiansburg’s shops and restaurants, everything is within easy reach. All areas of the home and property are open for guests use, \*except\* the garage! This spacious two-story home offers comfort, style, and plenty of room for families and groups. On the main floor, you’ll find a bright living room with vaulted ceilings, a cozy sectional, and a TV. The fully equipped kitchen—also on the main floor—features modern appliances, granite counters, a kitchen island with bar seating, and flows into the dining area with seating for five. The primary bedroom is located on the main floor and includes a queen bed, a private sitting area, and an en-suite spa-style bathroom with a soaking tub, separate shower, and dual sinks. Also on the main floor is a convenient half-bathroom near the living area. A full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and dual sinks is also located upstairs, serving the three bedrooms. Outside, enjoy a back porch with seating, ample parking, and a peaceful neighborhood atmosphere. The home also includes laundry facilities for guest use. Perfect for families, groups, or remote workers looking for a comfortable stay close to Virginia Tech, Radford University, and Claytor Lake. The property is just 5 minutes from US-460 and 10 minutes from I-81, providing quick and easy access to major highways for travel throughout the region. Ample driveway parking is available on-site, with space for multiple vehicles. No pets allowed.
