This apartment features a king bed with drawers and a queen bed, accommodating up to 4 guests. The living area is conveniently located on a single level after you ascend the stairs. Enjoy a prime location central to Margaret Mahy Playground, New Regent Street, and Te Pae, all just steps away from your doorstep. This apartment includes a king bed with drawers and a queen bed, comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests. Note that there is no sofa bed. The living area is situated on a single level, accessible after going up the stairs. The location is ideal, with Margaret Mahy Playground, New Regent Street, and Te Pae right at your doorstep. There are two allocated carparks. And then additional street parking in the Cambridge Street itself. Please take note of all signage posts when parking. Parking can also be on Kilmore or Madras. Guests will have access to the entire apartment. Lockbox access makes it easy to enter the property. Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including lockbox code and wifi passwords. We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. Carebnb is committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Upon check-out, you can leave the property on your own. City Noise - Please note this is an inner city apartment. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. The apartment is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city. We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us. Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund. Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance. Smoking in prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
