City Noise - Kindly be aware that this location resides within the inner city, which may entail certain urban noises. These could encompass pedestrian movement, traffic noise, and neighbouring properties. Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability. We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us. It’s also in a great location, super handy for the University. And best of all it’s really clean. The kitchen is well appointed - yay, actual knives that work. Bit disappointing there was no tv channels available and we had to rely on any streaming services we may have had. Netflix is no longer easily moved from your home devices to on in a foreign country. Not a big issue for us and we weren’t there to watch tv.Only other problem is the second bedroom door couldn’t close because of the positioning of a bed.
