Sleeps 4 with a queen bed, two singles. Includes fast Wi-Fi, Prime, and a BBQ. This brand-new home has everything you need for a relaxing stay, plus thoughtful extras that make it truly memorable. Free street parking available.

Welcome to The Perfect City Nook, your boutique three-level retreat in the heart of Christchurch Central.  
  
This thoughtfully designed townhouse blends modern style with everyday comfort. Interiors have been curated by one of Christchurch’s top designers, creating a warm and elegant space that feels just like home.  
  
Spread across three levels, the home features two well-appointed bedrooms and two full bathrooms, making it ideal for families, couples, or work-travel groups of up to four. Sleeping arrangements include one queen bed, two singles.  
  
The ground floor offers a cozy lounge with plush seating, a Smart TV with Prime Video. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, stove, microwave, and coffee pod machine. Everything you need to cook, unwind, or enjoy a quiet breakfast is right here.  
  
Step outside to a private fenced courtyard with a BBQ and seating area, perfect for sunny mornings or relaxed evenings.

Top attractions like Riverside Market, Cathedral Square, The Terrace, and Margaret Mahy Playground are all within a 5 to 10 minute walk. You’re right in the action, with no car needed.  
  
Public transport  
The Bus Interchange is just a 3 minute walk away and connects you to the entire city. Buses run frequently and accept Metrocard or cash.  
  
Cycling and scooters  
Christchurch is one of New Zealand’s most bike friendly cities, with dedicated lanes throughout the CBD. Lime e-scooters and bikes are also widely available via app.  
  
Taxis and rideshare  
Uber, Ola, and Zoomy operate throughout the city and typically arrive within minutes at Lichfield Street.  
  
Parking  
Free street parking is available nearby, along with timed and paid options. The Lichfield Street Car Park is just around the corner for secure, hassle-free parking.

Please note that maintenance is being carried out on the neighboring unit. Scaffolding will be in place in front of our unit during this period. Access to the property will remain available at all times, and your stay inside the unit will not be affected.  
  
We want to ensure transparency so you can plan accordingly.  
  
\-Portacot and high chair are available upon request for a small fee of $25.  
  
\-There is a LOT of free street parking at night, but during the day it can be tricky. No dedicated parking spot.
