The house features 4 spacious bedrooms, three with 3 queen-sized bed and the other with two singles, both with plush bedding to ensure a great night's sleep. With it's central location, every shop and dine is reachable. The Space: Experience modern living in this stunning 4-bedroom townhouse featuring a spacious kitchen, elegant dining area, and cozy lounge. Please note there is NO dedicated parking, there paid options directly across the road. This unit is next to a bar, so on weekends it can get loud. We have added white noise machines to each bedroom. The problem was that there is a bar right next door. They play music until 3am on Saturday night. As the house in in a part of town zoned for businesses there is nothing you can do. It was so loud there was no way to sleep. It was not stated that this was the case. We were pretty close to moving to a hotel at 1am. I spoke with the owner and they said they could give me a discounted stay in the future. As I am not planning to come back to Christchurch this is obviously useless. ##### Debbie M.
