Beautifully located across the road from New Brighton beach, this newly built 1 bedroom 1 bathroom, 2-storey property is the perfect escape. Come to explore the features New Brighton has to offer including the beach itself being less than a 30 sec walk, The Pier, He Puna Taimoana Hot pools and many more attractions. This property comes with a fully equipped kitchen to enjoy meals at home, otherwise dine out in the local cuisine. Enjoy the sunny courtyard while listening to the beach waves.  
  
This beautiful 2-storey property has the living area, kitchen area and dining area located on the ground floor, leading out to the beautiful sunny courtyard where you enjoy a beverage in the sun while listening to the waves across the road. In the living area there is also a sofa bed to have another guest - linen is additional.   
Upstairs you will find a designated study/office area, along with the fully tiled bathroom, and bedroom containing a spacious Queen bed with hotel quality linen. There is high speed internet provided in the property.  
  
We're proud to be pet-friendly, so feel free to bring your furry friend along for the adventure. Just let us know in advance so we can accommodate them accordingly.  
  
The property offers on-street parking only for guests. No dedicated parking is provided.   
Canterbury Linen Service who services local 5 Star Hotels provide our sheets and towels. You can sink into the luxury of a professionally laundered bed knowing it's a 5-star hotel clean.  
  
Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and wifi passwords.

The suburb of New Brighton sits on the edge of Christchurch between the sea and the city. The suburb has always had a feeling that sets it apart from Christchurch. New Brighton manages to distil all of the freedom and openness of beach life, with the bustle and energy of the suburbs.  
  
Explore the array of attractions New Brighton has to offer, including the beautiful beach, the rejuvenating He Puna Taimoana Hot Pools, a welcoming community library, playground and an array of delightful local cafes and amenities.  
  
Prior to your trip to Christchurch, make sure to download the Moov it app—an invaluable tool for navigating the city's bus system with ease.  
  
For those with a vehicle, there is free on-street parking right outside the development. While parking may be busier during events or hot summer days, it is generally very accessible. Detailed parking information can be found in the Welcome pack provided within the property.  
  
For a stress-free transportation option, Ubers and taxis are readily available, offering 24/7 service to ensure a seamless and convenient pick-up experience.  
  
Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.  
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.   
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.  
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.   
Smoking in prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.   
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.

This property was exactly as advertised and we'd stay here again.Lots of storage area for luggage.Desk on the 2nd floor was handy.We liked the area, it was a good landing place to spend a few days and made a shift into the New Zealand time zone.Late February the area was quiet, and nice to be across the road from the Beach for walking.

Dryer didn’t work and it didn’t get fixed while we were there. We left with wet clothes. Check in was bad because there wasn’t any instructions when we got there and had to wait 20mins to get a response from owner. Everything else was nice though.

The property is secure, very clean and well appointed, close to countdown, hotpools and the beach. Points to note; it's a two story apartment so there are stairs. No off street car parks but parking was always available nearby and free. Good value for money.
