This modern two-bedroom apartment offers a peaceful retreat within a secure, quiet complex, yet is only steps away from vibrant cafes, bars, restaurants and the city\`s best shopping and attractions. Relax on the Balcony and view the surrounding areas. Modern design and furnishing throughout Handy to Te Papa Conference Center, Margaret Mahy Playground and new Sports stadium. The open-plan living and dining area flows onto a private balcony, ideal for your morning coffee or evening wine. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, from quick breakfasts to relaxed dinners. Both bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished with comfortable beds, and there’s an additional pull-away bed available for extra guests (a snug fit, but handy). You’ll find TVs in the lounge and master bedroom, both with casting and streaming capability. A modern bathroom, washer-dryer, and secure on-site parking make it a true home-away-from-home. For help of any kind please message me on the app or text me. Our office hours are 8am to 6 pm. We do not allow smoking of any kind on balcony or inside. Please be respectful of neighbor\`s.
