Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund. Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance. Smoking in prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee.
