Fully furnished with sleek, modern home décor, the apartment allows you to relax in style in the middle of Christchurch CBD.  
  
The apartment includes a private outdoor courtyard with exterior furniture and a lovely wee garden. Relax in the garden, admire the lush green trees, and unwind with your morning cup of coffee – not many central-city apartments can offer you this kind of living! Inside, the apartment is split into two levels with the main living areas and one bedroom downstairs, as well as access to the courtyard. Upstairs includes the master bedroom with a luxury ensuite, as well as a second bathroom. The apartment is full of warm light from the large double-glazed windows, providing a relaxing, therapeutic atmosphere. The apartment also includes a laundry, off-street parking, and a kitchen fully equipped with cooking utensils.
