Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with built-in wardrobe plus another double bedroom , serviced by a bathroom. Easy to find all amenities around: Cafes, Restaurants, and Hagley Park are all within walking distance. \*Designated EV charger, you will need to take your own cable with type 2 male to connect to the EV charger. Anytime Fitness is a two minute walk away and of course there is Hagley Park with its many attractions straight across the road. Bus stops outside on Riccarton Road. Electric Scooters/ e-bikes are perfect to use around Hagley Park. It's good to grab one using Uber APP. No Food upstairs - Please enjoy your meals in the dining/lounge only No Shoes indoors No Smokers! Please do not use the towels for cleaning surfaces or items otherwise extra charges may apply to cover additional laundry fees. Please use makeup pads and cloths supplied. The cleaning fee covers a general clean of the entire house and the provision of fresh linen and towels. If additional deep cleaning is required to return the house to the original condition, this will be charged at NZD $30 Per hour. Thank you!
